We apologize that your order did not meet your expectations, but we are here to help. At L'Nessah, we are happy to offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please take note of the following conditions:

In order to be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, the product must be returned or initiated through our returns tab within 30 days from the date you place your order.

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs for all returns. However, if you would like to exchange your item, we will send the new item to you free of charge.

When returning an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must not have been worn.
  • All tags should be intact.
  • The item must not be tampered with.

Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please take note of the following:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days from the date you place the order, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
  5. Please ensure that you have entered all order details accurately, as this information cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

If you believe that the product you received is defective, please initiate a return on the returns portal on our website. We will request pictures of the defective product and arrange for its collection. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product, and if it is found to be defective, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund, including all shipping charges to and from our facilities.

If the product is found not to be defective but is not commercially acceptable, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. Instead, you will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the product to L'Nessah and having it re-delivered back to you.
